accommodate parties from 20 to 140 people. We also offer catering services to your home or business. It is our goal to exceed
your expectations and assure that your event is truly a success. Our
banquet rooms provide the perfect setting for corporate breakfast,
lunch or dinner meetings; as well as birthday or anniversary parties
and wedding receptions. Our existing menu selections at the Royal Cut
are meant to serve as a guide. We will gladly customize a menu for your

Food and Beverage Special Event Terms and Conditions
Deposits A deposit of $200.00 is required at the time of booking an event. This amount will be credited to your total bill when payment is due. The deposit is fully refund able if your cancellation is 90 days prior to your event. Deposits or cancellations within less than 90 days are not refund able. Guarantee The attendance figures for your function must be communicated to the restaurant's banquet management 10 days prior to the event. The number will be considered a firm guarantee and is not subject to change. Payment Full payment is required 10 days before the event. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are subject to 8.75% sales tax and a suggested 17% service charge. Our Facility Our banquet facility is located on the upstairs level of our restaurant. We have an elevator for handicap access. The area may be divided into two rooms. The seating capacity for one room is 60 people. To reserve the entire banquet area which can accommodate up to 130 people, you must guarantee at least 80 people. If your event will include a DJ or another type of music, you must book the entire banquet area. A 10 day notice is required if you wish to have a dance floor ordered for your event. The contracted party will assume the cost of the dance floor rental fee. Bar Service We have a full service bar that is available for every event at our facility. For a hosted bar service, a bartender and set-up fee of $85 will be charged. This fee will be waived if $300 in liquor sales is met. Additional Hours The contracted time for your event allows for a five hour period. You will be charged a fee of an additional $120 an hour for any time beyond five hours. Added Extras Our standard linens are included with each banquet. They consist of white tablecloths and burgundy napkins. If you wish to change the color of the tablecloths, the fee is $3.00 per tablecloth. If you wish to change the napkin color, the fee is 25 cents per napkin. If you wish to bring in a cake, a fee of $1.00 per person will be charged to cut and serve your cake. Restrictions The Royal Cut does not allow any food, except for a cake, to be brought into the facility. Bringing any type of alcoholic beverages or other beverages is strictly prohibited. The management reserves the right of volume control. This is to insure the success of the event for your guests and not to interfere with guests in adjoining areas of the restaurant. Adhering staples, tacks or tape to the banquet room walls is prohibited unless agreed to by the management. Confetti is not to be used in decorating for your event. Liability The Royal Cut Restaurant is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property brought onto the premises. The Royal Cut Restaurant reserves the right to exclude or eject any objectionable persons from the event without liability. The contracted party assumes responsibility for any damages caused at the facility or on the property by any of the guests attending the event.
